Abstract

The quasimonochromatic X-ray radiation source was obtained using the method of Bragg diffraction bremsstrahlung X-ray radiation (DXR). The spectrum parametric X-ray radiation (PXR) was also characterized. Various deficiencies were observed in the measurement of DXR spectra. The results on the obtaining of DXR were also presented.
