The power characteristics of vortical chambers

Abstract

In the paper the computation circuit of swirl generating devices is resulted. The initial equations system on the basis of model of an ideal liquid in view of energy losses and momentum is given. The estimated account of energy losses is given at various swirl intensities. The possible mechanisms of energy loss in swirling flows are considered. The conclusion about significant overestimate of settlement meanings of speeds is made at waste of energy losses and momentum.
