Abstract
The opportunities of radionuclide methods in diagnostics of pulmonary hemodynamic disorders and in assessment of medication therapy in decreased heart pump function patients are studied. 36 males of the average age of 51 ± 0.7 were examined. The radionuclide angiocardiography and equilibrium ventriculography were performed using in vivo 99mTc labeled erythrocytes before and after the comprehensive ACE-inhibitors treatment. It is concluded that the radionuclide assessment of pulmonary hemodynamics is the sensitive and high-quality diagnostic method in lungs congestion. Its usage in comprehensive examination of heart pump function disorder patients allows getting both the objective information on pulmonary circulation reserve opportunities and on the chronic heart failure disease treatment efficiency.
