The estimation of technical state and relibiality of electric machines in the process of operation

Abstract

The servicing of working capacity of electric machines of alternating current is provided not only with the help system of scheduled-preventive maintenance, which doesn't take into account the concrete conditions of operation and it has a high labour-intensiveness of technical servicing in the modern conditions of operation. The situation which is in the sphere of operation at present is characterized by the fact that the developments connecting with the increasing of reliability doesn't prove its value. Also it doesn't achieve an expected level of reliability. And all applied actions don't give a great effect. One part of details and units of electric machines breaks down before the schedule date of repairing. Another part of details and units of electric machines which was in more favourable conditions and was fully efficient is sent to repair prematurely according to the plan. All these facts lead to the additional expenses. In spite of disadvantages of scheduled-preventive maintenance, there is no alternative. The wide range of operation conditions and modes of work of electric machines, the low level of servicing make necessary to develop a new technology of servicing and repairing on the basis of the estimate of technical conditions and prediction of reliability of electric machines and their units during the process of exploitation [2]. The problem of prediction of the technical state of electric machines during the process of operation is of great importance. It determines the securing and improvement the quality and reliability of industrial products, increasing competitiveness and it is one of the main directions of economical and social development of Russia.
