Abstract

100 microns pitch coordinate detectors based on semiinsulating gallium arsenide with low values of dark current were developed. The detecting modules for scanning x-ray systems with the spatial resolution S lp/mm are developed and tested. The developed modules can become a basis for digital mammographs.
