Abstract
A search for the correlations between the 35Cl NQR frequencies and the energies of inner Sn3d5/2 and Cl 2p3/2 levels in organotin compounds is carried out. Relationships between the energies of inner levels and the effective charges on the tin and chlorine atoms are calculated at the PM3 level. These relationships were used to determine the correlations between the energies of inner levels and the ClKα shifts in the X-ray fluorescence spectra of complexes SnCl4L2.
