Abstract
In this article some constructions of capacitance micromotors are considered. The design of a capacitor micromotor with a cylindrical wobble rotor is proposed. Use of such device advantages (minimization of the size and immunity to magnetic fields) in a combination to specific electric properties of active dielectrics for application of capacitor micromotors is proved as transducers of electrical energy into mechanical one and sensors in control systems of electrical drives in medicine, robotics, military and space industry.
