Abstract
Experimental studies of temperature characteristics of the apokamp - a new type of the atmospheric pressure plasma jet - in air have been made. For this aim, a new procedure of "temperature maps" forming-up has been proposed and verified. It is shown that the plasma in the apokamp have a large temperature gradient with the temperature at the end of the jet about 100 °C at discharge channel temperature of about 1300 °C.
