Technological error analysis of the micromechanical gyroscope

Abstract

The work considers the results of the two-component micromechanical gyroscope error analysis. The simulator is created and its natural frequencies are defined as well. The mathematic simulation has been carried out and the elements influencing the precision of the gyroscope have been determined. The automatic frequency control algorithm is suggested and its efficiency is proved by computer testing.
