Abstract

The nanotubes of titanium dioxide were produced by electrochemical anodization of metallic titanium in a fluorine-containing electrolyte. The influence of the electrolyte composition, voltage and time of anodization on the geometric characteristics of the synthesized nanotubes was investigated.
