Superimposed holographic interferometry of opaque objects at low temperature

The stresses concentration places are a factor affecting the failure of different structure element at low temperature. The available calculation schemes do not correctly take into account a material mechanical properties change caused by a temperature decrease. Therefore the problem of development of experimental techniques is very urgent. The techniques allow carrying out high-accurate deformation measurements near the geometric concentrators of high-loaded specimens at low operation temperatures. The laboratory tests were carried out on specimens from the steel St3, and the natural test were performed at temperature -38°C on an article from the aluminum alloy D16.
