Abstract

Al-Ni coating was investigated by Rutherford back scattering, nuclear reaction analysis, scanning electron microscopy. X-ray analysis and microhardness and adhesion measurements. The coatings were deposited on cooper substrate with use of high-speed plasma jet. The influence of implantation of W ions with energy 60 kV, dose 5 × 1017 cm-2 and electron beam irradiation in melt regime on structure and composition was investigated.
