Abstract

Specific features of the structure and phase composition of sprayed coatings were investigated. The main physical and mechanical properties of Ni and Fe based coatings are determined. The variation of the structure on different levels and of the phase composition of coating with the coating process subjected to the effect of strong ultrasound loading are examined. The consequences of laser and electron beam melting sprayed coatings are studied.
