Simulation of load driving series resonant inverter

Abstract

The simulation of the load series resonant inverter was investigated. The circuit worked on the periodic excitation of the series-tuned circuit formed by the system of inductor and compensating capacitor at the damped vibration frequency almost equal to the resonant frequency. It was observed that the transformer required smooth circuit drive to operate in the proper way. It was also observed that the designed inverter could be used for investigations of different circuit operations like load character, load short circuitand no-load circuit.
