Abstract
A compact macromodel of a gyroscope is developed taking into account nonlinear factors. The procedure for determining the parameters of the macromodel is described; its application to the micromechanical gyroscope (MMG) analysis is shown; the coupling equation of electrical and mechanical parts is given. The calculations were performed using ANSYS Multiphysics and MAThLab engineering analysis software package.
