title = "Simulating the formation of composite surface structure during electron beam treatment",
abstract = "The paper describes a model showing the formation of the phase structure of the surface during electron-beam treatment with modifying particles. The authors have numerically investigated the role of particle mixing in the formation of the surface layer. The article shows that the model involving turbulent mixing of melt provides faster dissolution of particles in the molten pool as well as more homogenous composition as compared to the model without mixing.",
