Abstract

The use of the proposed type of DFR for stabilizing the speed of an independent microHES provides rather good dynamic indices of the power plant and stable operation of the station with almost any type of turbines. To provide the required accuracy of regulating the speed of the unit, the parameters of the DFR should be selected in conformity with the recommendations given above.
