Search of direct indications of electron nature of ESR centre with g-factor equal 2.024±0.005, superfine interaction constant A=75 mTl was undertaken. The role of the centre in radiation electrization of glass-like Al2(PO3)3 under 150 keV electron pulsed irradiation was studied. By means of combining increased irradiation temperature and conditioning after irradiation at room temperature only D2 centres can be selectively isolated, which proved to be the most stable ones as compared with other centres. Temperature range, in which intensive emission of electrons is liberation from traps, falls on the boundary of thermal stability of the D2 centres and on the range of the highest decay rate of external electric field. Thus, the D2 centres, which are phosphate radicals of end type, proved to be electron traps.
