Abstract

An approach is developed to processes estimation of localized plastic deformation at the mesoscale level. The approach is based on the construction method of displacements vectors fields obtained in images pairs processing. The algorithms are compared from the viewpoint of interference-immunity and time determination of surface parts displacements.
