Abstract

Absorption and photoluminescence of two centers created in CsI(Tl) crystals by high-dose irradiation have been investigated for various excitation wavelengths and temperatures. The dependence of the centers' emission spectra on temperature and excitation conditions has been studied. Excitation energy transfer within centers and between the centers is discussed.
