Abstract

The structure changes of WC/TiC base hard alloy treated by nanosecond pulses of high power ion beams with energy of 300 keV were investigated. It was shown that ion irradiation with fixed beam parameters and following thermal treatment lead to change of phase composition and fine crystalline structure of materials.
