Refinement of the payload tube furnace by taking into account the heat losses in heat exchange equipment and piping installation of primary oil refining unit

Abstract

A method for the determination of the exact value of the payload tube furnace was proposed. The profile of flue gas and a large composite curve with regard to the number of heat loss on heat exchange equipment and pipes was developed. The model did not work optimally in the calculation of heat losses on the installation of primary oil processing. For accurate calculation, the thermal losses were reported as a process stream and tabulated the streaming data. To determine the exact value of the payload tube furnace, a profile of flue gas kilns was constructed at a large composite curve diagram. Accounting of heat loss on heat exchange equipment with the construction of large composite curve of the process and the profile of the flue gas allows getting more accurate values of the payload furnace, and load of flue gases, and it is the most accurate method to determine the interaction of utilities with the process.
