Quasi-tomographic visualization of crack-formation zones using radiographic projections

Abstract

The possibility of tomographic reconstruction of a crack-formation zone was investigated. Methods for structurally oriented filtering of projections with a local SO (2) group were developed. A sharply ill-posed problem of the reconstruction of a crack-formation zone was regularized on the basis of the assumption that the angular distributions of microcracks are spatially uniform. Methods for reconstructing spatial distributions of microcracks were proposed.
