The aim of this study was the evaluation of an opportunity of application of quantitative parameters of exercise 199 thallium myocardial imaging in an estimation of significance of coronary lesions. Exercise 199Tl myocardial imaging was carried out in 105 CAD patients. Thirty one patients had one-vessels disease, twenty nine - two-vessels disease, thirty six - three vessels disease and at nine - left main disease. The area of risk, level of accumulation 199Tl in perfusion defect, index of perfusion defect size and index myocardium/lung were calculated in all patients. For three vessels disease and left main disease patients were common large persistent perfusion defects and increase of 199Tl lung accumulation. The index of perfusion defect size was the most dynamic parameter which increase in three vessels disease and left main disease patients. The received results allow to recommend application of quantitative parameters of exercise thallium-199 myocardial imaging for evaluation of significance of coronary lesions.
