N2 - The known methods of the detoxication of the high toxic and poisonous compounds such as thermal, catalytic oxidation, plasmochemical destruction, have a number of large technological lacks, consisting in necessity, of creating bulky installations, difficulty in operating, presence of the secondary polluting substances etc. By analysing the available ways of the degradation we have chosen the wet oxidation in a liquid phase under low temperatures and atmospheric pressure, thus the oxidizer is electrogenerated. We offered as such medium the water solutions sulfuric acid (with concentration 40-96%). It was found that conducting the current (with density to 1 A/cm2) in such solutions the degradation and the oxidizing destruction of metalorganic pesticides. The process passes as a result of electrochemical formation of the intermediate, thermodynamically unstable, the connections with the high oxidizing potential. The formally kinetic research of process is carried out, the influence of such factors, as temperature, density of a current, the composition of a solvent is revealed. The depth of the pesticides oxidizing destruction is easily adjusted. The stability of a number of constructional materials is also investigated under conditions of the realization of the pesticides oxidizing destruction process. The standard treating by the calcium hydroxide is used for the detoxication of the process final products. It is possible to carry out the process both in homogeneous system and in the presence suspended phase.
