A device for powering a discharge generator of atomic hydrogen is described. The device is based on a resonance converter, which is a source of a constant power. The adaptive variation of the power section structure of the converter allows for a substantial extention of the operating current and voltage ranges. The converter power is 1.5 kW, the output voltage is adjusted from 30 to 1200 V, and the maximal output current is 20 A.
