Abstract

The authors investigated supercurrent ion beam effects on structural characteristics of P6M5 steel (0. 85% C, 5. 0%Mo, 6. 0%W, 4. 0%Cr, 2. 0%V). The phase transition alpha yields zeta takes place; the greatest changes take place at distances corresponding to the maximum penetration.
