Porosity evolution during composite synthesis under loading

Abstract

The theoretical analysis of the influence of the porosity evolution on the synthesis of a composite material is carried out based on a two-dimensional model. A method is proposed to evaluate effective properties of a composite depending on the composition and porosity of the material in dynamics. It is shown that the involvement of porosity evolution in the model leads to a decrease in the temperature value, conversion level and deformations.
