Plasmodynamic synthesis of nanocrystalline structures in the C-N system

Abstract

The results of studies on the direct plasmodynamic synthesis of ultradispersed crystalline phases in the C-N system are presented. According to the data of X-ray diffraction analysis and electron microscopy, the product contains a phase close to the calculation model of carbon nitride αC3N4.
