A light-optical instrument from two radiation sources and a technique for diagnostics of pathological states of the milk gland tissue in vivo are described. A formula is proposed for calculation of a diagnostic criterion, permitting to concretize the kind of a tumor process and, therefore, to develop a new methodology for morphological diagnostics.
