On fluid vibrations in ice-hole of arbitrary form

Numerical method for determining proper frequencies and forms of ideal liquid small oscillations in halfspace, limited from above by solid plane with a hole of arbitrary form, is proposed. It is shown with an account of monotonous dependence of proper values on the area form, that the proper values for halfspace represent universal upper boundaries for corresponding proper values of tanks with arbitrary, but having the same free surface.
