Oil-saturated intervals separation on the basis of reinterpretation of wells geophysical study results in low resistance reservoirs

Abstract

The algorithm and results of calculation of the approximating parameter, caused by high electric resistance of hydrocarbons, and also the relative parameter, caused by fluid mineralization, are given. The multiplicative superposition of these parameters, allowing considerably to increase reliability of separation of oil-saturated layers on the basis of data of wells geophysical study, is carried out. Examples of separation a productive intervals in low resistance reservoirs-sandstones are shown.
