Abstract

General growth in raw hydrocarbons requirement and ever-increasing degree of resources development on the continents have caused dramatic exploration activation in World's water areas. The article describes the current situation of oil and gas offshore drilling and production, considering the effect of climatic conditions on the drilling process.
