Abstract
The propagation waves in turbulent flows of liquid, gas and plasma are studied via stochastic modeling. The task about propagation wave through flow with unhomogeneous profiles velocity and concentration of turbulences is solved. The multiple electromagnetic wave scattering on the inside surface of turbulent cone and paraboloid is considered. The results of calculations are compared with experimental data by ultrasonic and electromagnetic sounding the turbulent flows water and plasma. The process of synchronization oscillator neural network by external electromagnetic field is investigated using the method of calculation transfer signals in unstationary chance media.
