Abstract

Nomograms for calculation of the thickness of shield from direct bremsstrahlung in the energy range of accelerated electrons of 0.5-15 MeV are presented. The nomograms are obtained for main shielding materials: lead, iron and concrete. The spectral composition of a source radiation and secondary radiation contribution are taken into account.
