New encryption method and simulation of quasi-random sequences

Abstract

This paper presents the development of a cryptographically strong data encryption method based on special permutations of the natural numbers and the application of quasi-random sequences. Uniform random sequences are simulated using a new family of quasi-random numbers. The proposed method is free from the problem of «known text»
