Abstract
In 22 patients with coronary disease myocardial perfusion was examined by load 199Tl myocardium scintigraphy and bicycle ergometry. The testing was carried out before and after the antianginal therapy with cardil. Cardil was of benefit in 13 patients, without effect in 9 and in 3 patients resulted in ischemia size increase. Radioisotope scintigraphy was much more sensitive, and due to short half life of 199Tl may be used to assess myocardial perfusion under the treatment.
