Abstract
X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, and thermal analysis are used to study the effects of high degrees of deformation on the structural state of titanium nickelide. It is established that nearly amorphous regions are formed along with defective fine-grained structure in strongly deformed titanium nickelide.
