### Abstract

The purpose of this work is appeared the process modeling of electromagnetic signal multiple interactions with moving turbulent inhomogeneous in the flow of slightly ionized plasma. To the analyses of the problem a method of stochastic modeling is applied. The type of wave interaction with turbulence is determined according to set cross sections of absorption and scattering. In case of fulfillment of a wave scattering condition the direction of beam propagation changes according to set indicatrix of turbulence over-radiation. The results of calculations are demonstrated the substantial dependence of frequency spectrum shape of scattering wave from the degree of inhomogeneous of the flow profile velocity, and from the shape of frequency spectrum of the wave incident on the flow.
