METHOD OF CALCULATING THE PARTICLE SIZE DISTRIBUTION IN ELECTROPULSE DISINTEGRATION OF SOLIDS.

Abstract

The particle size distribution of the finished product is calculated on the basis of a Rosen-Rummler distribution, the coefficients of which are determined with the use of a model of fracture of solids by blasting and energy characteristics of a plasma discharge channel in a solid. For realization of the calculation, an algorithm is created which makes it possible to determine the size distribution and energy characteristics of comminution. The theoretical and experimental relations were compared, which showed a satisfactory agreement of the results.
