Mathematical modelling of copper vapor laser

Abstract

A self-consistent model of a copper vapor laser is developed. Three different excitation electrical circuits are examined. The developed model is employed to analyze the influence of pre-pulse metastable states and electron density on the limiting repetition rate of average output laser power.
