Making 3D model of atrioventricular xenopericardial bioprosthesis from X-ray computed tomography data

Abstract

A 3D model of atrioventricular valve bioprosthesis is constructed using X-ray micro-CT method. Inherent artifacts are briefly described. Generated model reveals geometry deviations from nominal CAD-model, which as we believe are caused by the manufacture features.
