Abstract

This note presents experimental results on defects in pyrolytic boron nitride, the structure and properties of which are defined by the defects in crystallites, macrodefects, intercrystallite regions containing amorphous BN, pores and segregated impurities. The structure of graphite-like boron nitride was investigated using the electron positron annihilation method.
