Lithographic properties and electrical conductivity of silver-modified acrylic resist

Abstract

A possibility is examined of preparing metallized and conducting coatings based on ELP-9 positive acrylic resist by introducing silver trifluoroacetate into its composition. Factors causing metallization of the resistive coatings and an insignificant increase in the conductivity are discussed.
