Limiting operation modes of relativistic magnetron microwave oscillators

Abstract

The choice of the relativistic magnetron HPM generator anode material and design is substantiated in the article. Limiting operation modes are calculated depending on the power flow density of electron beam and duty factor. On the basis of the calculations, measures for the device anode block life-time increase have been offered.
