Abstract
An investigation has been made of the kinetic relationships governing the aromatization of light C3C4 alkanes on a Ga-containing zeolite catalyst of the ZSM-5 type. A set of chemical reactions is proposed, on the basis of which a kinetic model has been developed for the complex multicomponent process, adequately describing the laws governing the conversion of hydrocarbons and hydrogen in the given process. It has been shown that the achievement of extensive degrees of conversion of feedstock and high target product yields is possible with a volume feed rate of 200-800 hr-1, a temperature of 793-833 K and a pressure 0.1 MPa and with the use of a high-butane mixture.
