Abstract

The authors examine the kinetics of heating and evaporation of condensed particles in a high-temperature rarefied gas. For the given conditions calculations were carried out using alumina particles as an example. The calculations were carried out taking into account the temperature dependence of the thermodynamic parameters of the gas (air). It is necessary that this fact must be taken into account in examining the kinetics of heating and evaporation of the condensed particles.
