Abstract

The irregularity nature of voltage drop along a length of large-gabarit resistors made of elastomer compositions is revealed. Its difference at the initial stage of exploitation when operating with intensive heat release in material volume is established. Ways for increasing capability of polymer compositions in high-voltage electrophysics are proposed.
