Intelligent system for knowledge estimation on the base of mixed diagnostic tests and elements of fuzzy logic

Abstract

The relevance of computer-based testing of students, as well as the currently existing approaches for the control of knowledge and training are discussed. Construction of mixed diagnostic tests, representing a compromise between unconditional and conditional components, in order to create an intelligent system for monitoring of students' knowledge is proposed. The authors suggest a technique for construction of optimal mixed diagnostic tests only on the basis of expert knowledge about the subjects under control. Decision-making carry out with using of elements of fuzzy logic.
