Abstract
This article reports the results of an investigation of anelastic effects in Cu-Ge and Cu-Al solid solutions. Comparison of the amplitude curves of internal friction and concentration curves of the square of free vibration frequency has revealed that extremely low stacking fault energies exert an influence on the modulus defect and the dissipative properties of alloys.
